A daily rules-based “risk-on/risk-off” plan. In uptrends it buys leaders (and sometimes leveraged funds); when markets look overheated it hedges with volatility; in downtrends it shifts to cash/Treasuries or bearish Nasdaq funds. High risk and very active.

1) Check if the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average. • If no: stay defensive in T‑Bills/Treasuries or use bearish Nasdaq funds. • If yes: two modes—when overheated, buy a volatility hedge (UVXY + BTAL). When washed‑out, buy aggressive stock funds (TQQQ/UPRO). Otherwise, own the strongest sectors/commodities (e.g., GLD, SLV, USO, DBC). Daily rebalanced.
