Daily, rules-based swing strategy that flips between leveraged growth (mainly TQQQ) and safety (Treasuries, low‑vol stocks, cash). Buys VXX on overheated spikes; buys TQQQ/SOXL on extreme dips; otherwise follows medium-term trend signals.

Each day it asks: is the market overheated after a sharp run? If yes, it buys VXX (a fund tied to volatility) for a short pop. If not: risk‑on if stocks beat utilities over ~6 months (mainly TQQQ—3x Nasdaq‑100; sometimes SOXL or ERX/NUGT), else safety (TMF—long Treasuries, SPLV—defensive stocks, or BIL—cash; sometimes VXX/BTAL). If tech is extremely washed‑out, it buys TQQQ/SOXL for a bounce.
