Each day it: 1) Buys snap-backs after sharp moves by flipping between 3x bull/bear funds in tech (TQQQ/TECL vs SQQQ/TECS), China (YINN/YANG), biotech (LABU/LABD), real estate (DRN/DRV). 2) Uses trend gauges (RSI, 200‑day avg) to go risk‑on (tech/semis) or risk‑off (inverse ETFs, cash BIL) and sometimes managed‑futures (KMLM/DBMF). RSI is a 0–100 heat gauge: <30 weak, >70–80 hot.
