About

Daily, tactical rotation. Uses BDRY and stock “heat” to go risk-on with leaders (often 3x equity ETFs), shifts to commodities if they trend, and flips to cash/bonds/shorts or UVXY+BTAL when markets look overheated or weak.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily “weather station.” When its gauges say risk is on (BDRY and stock trends healthy), it chases leaders (often 3x stock funds like TQQQ/UPRO). If markets look overheated, it hedges with UVXY (bet on volatility spikes) plus BTAL (anti‑beta). If selling hits, it flips to cash/T‑Bills, Treasuries, or inverse funds (SQQQ/SPXU). RSI = a 0–100 hot/cold speed gauge; moving averages = trend filters. It also rotates into commodities when that trend turns up.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this dynamic rotation shows higher risk-adjusted returns vs the S&P: Sharpe ~1.46 vs 0.93, Calmar ~3.68, with upside in trends and hedges to reduce stress losses. Note: drawdowns can be larger in downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
