Holds T‑bills by default. When the transport sector shows an extreme reading (via FTXR’s RSI), it makes a one‑day contrarian bet by buying yesterday’s worst performer from a small basket of leveraged oil/nat‑gas, Treasury, or volatility ETFs.

It uses FTXR (a US transportation‑stocks fund) as a thermometer via its 14‑day RSI (0–100: low=oversold, high=overbought). If RSI<18, it buys yesterday’s worst of BOIL/UCO (oil, nat‑gas), TMV (short long‑Treasuries), or SVXY (short VIX). If RSI>85, it buys yesterday’s worst of BOIL/UCO (long), KOLD/SCO (short), or TMF (long Treasuries). Otherwise it holds BIL (T‑bills). Rebalanced daily.
