Daily, energy‑triggered tactical system. Extreme energy moves send it into UVXY (volatility) or 3× tech bull/bear ETFs; otherwise it parks in T‑bills. Uses a simple oversold gauge (RSI) to time entries. Very high risk when active.

Each day it watches two energy funds—MLPX (energy pipelines/infrastructure) and EINC (energy‑income stocks). Big 1‑day spikes in these send it to UVXY (a fast‑moving volatility fund). A >−8% drop in MLPX sends it to SOXL (3× long semis). If either looks extremely “washed out” by a 14–16 day heat gauge (RSI: very low = oversold), it buys whichever of SOXS or SQQQ (3× inverse tech) fell more today. Otherwise it holds BIL (T‑bills).
