About

Daily, all-in QQQ or all-in PSQ. It rides Nasdaq-100 uptrends and flips short when signals show fear, overbought conditions, or rising-rate stress—using stocks, bonds, volatility, dollar, and commodities as “thermometers.”
NutHow it works
- Holds one thing at a time: QQQ (bet on big US tech up) or PSQ (bet on it down). Rebalances daily. - Uses “thermometers” to choose: stock trend (S&P 500), fear/volatility (UVXY), bond trend (TLT), dollar (UUP), and commodities (DBC). - If fear is high, rates rising, or stocks look overbought → PSQ. - If fear eases, bonds support, or stocks look washed‑out → QQQ.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: Nasdaq-100 timing strategy delivers ~25.7% annualized vs 19.8% for the S&P, higher Sharpe (~1.20), lower drawdown (~18% vs ~19%), Calmar ~1.43. Captures tech upside while hedging risk for superior risk-adjusted growth.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
