Daily. First, if many big indexes/sector funds look very hot on a short-term speedometer (RSI 0–100; high = overheated), it shifts into UVXY (a volatility fund) or 75/25 UVXY/BTAL (an anti‑beta hedge). Otherwise it runs a tech‑centric engine: mainly TQQQ (3× Nasdaq‑100) when trend is up; flips to SQQQ (3× inverse) or UVXY on sharp drops/vol spikes; in weak markets it may use TECL (3× tech), UPRO (3× S&P), or bonds (TLT/BSV). Rebalanced daily.
