This strategy checks the market every day. If stocks look too hot too fast, it moves into a crash-protection mix led by UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when fear spikes, plus BTAL, a defensive stock fund. If markets are calmer, it mainly bets on TQQQ, a turbo-charged Nasdaq fund. In weaker markets it may switch to bearish Nasdaq, volatility, or bonds.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
