It uses RSI, a 0–100 “hot/cold” score, on the Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ). - If QQQ is very cold, buy a 3× tech ETF (TECL). - If very hot, buy a volatility ETF (VIXY). - Else: if QQQ beats Utilities and corporate bonds (CORP) beat T‑bills (BIL), buy 3× Nasdaq (TQQQ). If not, either stay in TQQQ (when Treasuries beat “short QQQ”) or use a market‑neutral anti‑beta ETF (BTAL). - If Utilities win, buy the most oversold defensive sector or bond (e.g., XLP/XLV/XLU, BSV/TLT/LQD). Rebalanced daily.
