A daily, rule‑based four‑corners plan: hedge with VIX when markets look overheated; otherwise rotate among tech (sometimes 2x–3x), Treasuries, cash, or inverse Nasdaq, guided by tech vs utilities strength and credit trends.

Daily it asks: Are stocks overheated? RSI is a 0–100 speedometer; >80 = hot, <30 = washed‑out. If hot, it buys insurance: mostly VIXY (volatility), plus TLT (Treasuries) and BTAL (defensive). If not, it runs its core: If tech is very oversold, buy XLK. Else, if tech (QQQ) beats Utilities and credit is healthy, it scales up from QQQ to 2x QLD to 3x WEBL (with some cash). If not, it shifts to TLT or PSQ (inverse Nasdaq) and sometimes pairs with Utilities or Gold.
