About

A tech-heavy, tactical strategy split into three sleeves that rotate among QQQ/TQQQ/SOXL, Big Tech, and a defensive basket using short-term trend and a 0–100 strength gauge (RSI). Aims to ride strength, buy sharp dips, and hide in defensives when momentum fades.
NutHow it works
It splits your money into 3 sleeves and rebalances daily. 1) If QQQ’s very short-term gain improves, it holds QQQ; otherwise it uses SOXL (3x semiconductors). If momentum flags, it mixes in a defensive basket (JNJ, JPM, WMT, SO, VZ, AJG). 2) For AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, NVDA, META, TSLA: if a very-short moving average is rising, it holds the stock; else it holds AJG. 3) If TQQQ’s RSI (0–100 strength gauge) is very high or very low, it holds TQQQ (3x Nasdaq); otherwise it holds QQQ or the same defensive basket.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this tech-heavy, three-sleeve strategy outperforms SPY on risk-adjusted basis: Sharpe ~3.37 vs 2.55, Calmar ~36, higher upside, with a defensive sleeve to curb losses. Daily rebalancing captures momentum while limiting drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
