A daily, momentum‑driven rotation with a cash buffer and small bond/dividend sleeves: go defensive when the market looks “hot,” take a small 3× ETF rebound bet when “cold,” otherwise ride the two strongest mega‑cap leaders.

Daily it checks the S&P 500’s RSI—a 0–100 “heat” gauge of recent moves (>70 = hot, <30 = cold). Keeps ~10% cash, plus 5% in short‑term Treasuries (VGSH) and 5% in dividend growers (VIG). If hot, it shifts the rest to steadier giants (UNH, COST). If cold, it keeps most in cash but puts a small slice in the two best 3× bull ETFs (SOXL, TECL, SPXL). Otherwise, it owns the two strongest leaders (from MSFT, AAPL, NVDA, AMZN, GOOGL, META, TSLA, etc.).
