This portfolio spreads money across many parts of the market: US stocks, overseas stocks, bonds, commodities, gold, and a small amount of Bitcoin. Most of it stays fixed, but the bond portion has a simple safety check: if bonds have been doing well lately, it uses more aggressive bond funds; if not, it switches to safer bond funds. The goal is steadier long-term growth with fewer nasty surprises than owning only stocks.
