About
A highly tactical, daily‑rebalanced system that swings between leveraged equity in uptrends, volatility hedges when markets look overheated, inverse/cash in selloffs, and a rotating bond sleeve. Very aggressive, complex, and timing‑driven.
It splits your money into “sleeves.” In calm uptrends it buys aggressive stock funds (e.g., TQQQ=3× Nasdaq‑100; UPRO=3× S&P 500; TECL/SOXL=3× tech/semis). If prices look overheated (RSI: a “speed” gauge; high=stretched), it flips to crash‑hedges (UVXY/VIXY/VIXM=VIX volatility, often with BTAL). In downtrends it uses inverse funds (PSQ/SH) or cash (BIL). A bond sleeve rotates TMF/TMV (3× Treasuries). Rebalanced daily.
Out-of-sample edge vs S&P: Sharpe 1.19 vs 1.04, annualized return 58.5% vs 18.5%, Calmar 2.58—driving stronger risk-adjusted growth. Higher upside with active risk controls; note drawdowns ~22.7% vs 18.8%.
