About

Daily, high‑octane tactical strategy: rides tech/S&P with 3x ETFs in uptrends, flips to volatility hedges (UVXY+BTAL), bonds, or cash when markets look overheated or weak. Uses trend, RSI, VIX, and relative strength. Very high risk.
NutHow it works
Each day it decides “risk‑on” or “risk‑off.” In uptrends it rides tech‑led markets with 3x ETFs (mainly TQQQ/UPRO) or SVXY. If prices look overheated (RSI is a 0–100 “speedometer”; very high = too hot) or fear rises (VIX), it flips to UVXY + BTAL, bonds (TMF), or T‑Bills (BIL). It also makes small EM (EDC/EDZ) and gold/silver/commodity tilts. Many “circuit‑breakers” cut risk after sharp drops.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample Sharpe ~1.30 vs SPY ~1.04; Calmar ~2.96; oos alpha ~0.33; oos return ~67%. Uses 3x tech in uptrends with hedges (volatility, bonds, cash) to deliver higher risk-adjusted returns vs the S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
