Each day it ranks 3 mini‑portfolios (S&P tilt, Nasdaq tilt, short‑volatility) by recent performance and buys the best two. Inside each, rules use a “heat gauge” (RSI: 0–100) and trend filters: if markets look very hot, it bets on a volatility pop (UVIX) with cash‑like and market‑neutral hedges; if trend is healthy, it rides leveraged index funds; if trend weakens, it flips to inverse ETFs or bonds.
