Each day it reads simple gauges: an overbought/oversold meter (RSI: 0–100; high=overheated, low=washed‑out), trend vs recent average, short‑term gains/losses, and “bounciness.” If stocks are strong and not too hot, it rides them with tech‑heavy, 3× funds (e.g., TQQQ/UPRO) or SVXY. If markets overheat or weaken, it flips to volatility hedges (UVXY/VIXY), Treasuries/cash (TMF/TLT/BIL), market‑neutral BTAL, or shorts (PSQ/SH). Small sleeves handle EM and mean‑reversion/quality‑stock fallbacks.
