A daily, rules‑based “risk switch” that rotates among leveraged tech, Treasuries (long or inverse), volatility hedges, inverse equity ETFs, and T‑Bills. It uses simple ideas—overbought/oversold, trend lines, and fear gauges—to tilt risk on or off.

Daily “risk switch.” - RSI: a 0–100 “heat meter” (low = washed‑out, high = overheated). - Moving average: a trend line; above it = uptrend. - VIX funds: fear gauges (UVXY spikes in selloffs; SVXY benefits from calm). Logic: If markets are hot, add volatility hedges (UVXY). If trend is up and fear low, own growth (TQQQ/TECL) or SVXY. If stocks weaken, buy Treasuries (TLT/TMF) or inverse (TMV) if rates rise. In downtrends use PSQ/SH. No clear read? Park in T‑Bills (BIL/SHV).
