Each day it asks three things: Are stocks hot or cold (a “hot/cold” score from recent moves)? Is volatility rising? Are bonds leading stocks? If uptrends look healthy, it rides fast tech funds (like TQQQ/TECL) or short‑vol (SVXY). If markets are overheated or weak, it buys volatility hedges (UVXY/VIXY), shifts to Treasuries (TMF/TLT) or T‑bills (BIL/SHV), or shorts (PSQ/SH). If inflation expectations rise, it trades emerging markets long/short (EDC/EDZ).
