About

An active, daily offense/defense system. It buys tech-heavy stocks when trends are healthy and shifts to Treasuries, cash-like T-Bills, shorts, or volatility hedges when markets look stretched or fearful. Uses many leveraged ETFs and strict rules.
NutHow it works
Daily, it checks simple gauges: RSI (a hot/cold meter), moving averages (trend lines), short-term returns, and fear (VIX). If risk looks good: buy fast-moving growth (mainly tech via QQQ/TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) or broad stocks. If risk looks bad: move to Treasuries (TLT/TMF), T-Bills (BIL/SHV), market shorts (PSQ/SH), or volatility funds (UVXY/VIXY). It can flip long/short bonds (TMF/TMV) and use SVXY when fear fades. EM (EDC/EDZ) only if trends allow.
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive, rules-based strategy shifting between tech momentum and bonds. Out-of-sample annualized return ~34.6% vs SPY ~20.7%, with solid risk-adjusted view (Calmar ~1.44). Higher upside potential with managed drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
