This strategy checks the market every day and puts 100% of its money into whatever it thinks is best right now. Most often it wants to own turbocharged stock funds, especially ones tied to big tech and the S&P 500. But if stocks look too hot, too weak, or too chaotic, it can switch into volatility bets, funds that rise when stocks fall, bonds, gold, or short-term cash-like holdings.
