About

A daily, rules‑based “gas/brake” strategy that swings between 3x stock ETFs, bond trades, and fear hedges (UVXY/BTAL) based on whether markets look overheated or washed out. Built to front‑run pullbacks and buy sharp dips; very high risk.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily “gas and brake” system. When stocks trend up and aren’t too hot, it buys 3x stock funds like TQQQ/UPRO/TECL/SOXL (Nasdaq/S&P/Tech/Semis). If things look overheated, it flips to crash protection: UVXY (jumps when fear rises) and BTAL (defensive). If momentum breaks, it shorts (PSQ/SH) or parks in T‑Bills (BIL/SHV). It also flips between bond trades: TMF (long bonds rising) or TMV (long bonds falling). Signals use simple speed/temperature checks (trend, “overbought/oversold”), plus the VIX (fear index).
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic 'gas and brakes' strategy diversifies across leveraged equities, bonds, and volatility hedges to capture rallies and navigate regime shifts. A compelling S&P complement with diversification, though expect higher volatility and drawdowns in out-of-sample periods.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
