About

Daily, rules‑based system that flips between volatility (UVXY), defensive BTAL, leveraged long/short NASDAQ (TQQQ/SQQQ), or T‑Bills using overbought/oversold readings and a 200‑day trend. The shown block governs a 60% sleeve; expects fast, high‑risk swings.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks a short‑term “hot/cold” reading (RSI) on big stock indexes. If things look overheated, it bets on a pullback with UVXY (often mixed with BTAL). If deeply oversold, it buys fast “bounce” funds (TQQQ/UPRO). Otherwise it uses a 200‑day trend to choose cash‑like T‑Bills or a bear play that rotates among inverse/long NASDAQ funds using short‑term signals and bond strength.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample stats show higher risk-adjusted returns vs SPX: Sharpe ~1.09 vs 1.01; annualized return ~49.7% vs 18.7%; Calmar ~2.19. A disciplined, daily regime-switching strategy designed to capture upside while managing volatility.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
