It watches a short‑term “speedometer” (RSI) on: SPY=S&P 500, IOO=global 100, TQQQ=3x Nasdaq‑100, VTV=value, XLF=banks, VOX=communications. If readings are too hot, it buys UVXY (jumps when fear/vol spikes) plus some BTAL (defensive). If too cold, it buys TQQQ or UPRO (3x S&P 500). If the long‑term trend is down, it shorts the Nasdaq (SQQQ/PSQ); if up, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL). Bonds (TLT/IEF) help choose in bear markets. Daily; ~60% used, rest cash.
