Each day it asks: Is the S&P 500 in an uptrend (price above its 200‑day average)? - Uptrend: Ride tech/semis when momentum is healthy; take profits to cash (T‑bills) and a defensive fund (BTAL) when things look overheated (RSI≈a “too hot” meter). Buy dips (RSI≈“too cold”) with TQQQ/TECL/SOXL. Keep a 30% dividend sleeve (SCHD). - Downtrend: Short the Nasdaq (SQQQ) or use hedges (SH/VIX funds), guided by bond/volatility checks. It also compares Tech (XLK) vs KMLM (a managed‑futures trend fund) to decide aggressive tech vs a safer mix.
