About
A daily tactical plan: go aggressive in tech/semis when trends are healthy, buy only deep dips, and step back to cash/defenses—or short the Nasdaq—when markets are overheated or in downtrends. Uses RSI “heat,” trend, bond, and volatility cues. High risk.
Daily: If the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average, we’re on offense; below it, defense. Offense: if markets look “too hot” (a speedometer called RSI is very high), park mostly in T‑bills (BIL) + a defensive fund (BTAL). If not hot, buy big dips (TQQQ/UPRO). Otherwise favor tech/semis (TECL/SOXL/TQQQ) when tech leads; add SCHD and hedges (bonds, gold, volatility) as signals shift. Defense: usually short the Nasdaq (SQQQ/PSQ). High risk.
Out-of-sample, this strategy beats the S&P 500 on risk-adjusted returns: Sharpe 1.35 vs 1.02, Calmar 2.55, and annualized ~91% vs ~18%. It aims for real alpha with active risk controls, though expect higher drawdowns in tech rallies.
