About

Aggressive, daily tactical system: sells rips with UVXY, buys dips with leveraged ETFs, and otherwise switches between 3× tech and inverse tech using the S&P 200‑day trend and a managed‑futures (KMLM) risk switch. Very high risk.
NutHow it works
Each day it: 1) Sells the rip: if big indexes/sectors are overheated (RSI, a 0–100 heat gauge, >~80), buy UVXY (volatility) plus small BIL (T‑Bills) and BTAL (anti‑beta). 2) Buys the dip: if RSI <30, buy leveraged index bulls. 3) Else, trend: if the S&P 500 > 200‑day avg, own 3× tech unless a managed‑futures fund (KMLM) signals risk‑off—then use inverse tech. If below, favor inverse Nasdaq or bonds.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this daily tactical system shows dramatically higher upside (72.6% vs 22.4% SPY) with solid risk-adjusted return (Calmar ~1.77). Expect larger drawdowns (~41% vs ~19%) and higher beta—suited for growth-minded investors who can tolerate volatility.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
