About

A fast, daily strategy that flips between leveraged tech/semis/real estate, inverse Nasdaq, and a volatility hedge (UVXY) using overbought/oversold readings, a 200‑day trend filter, and bond‑market signals. Very aggressive and high risk.
NutHow it works
Daily, rule-based. 1) If stocks look extremely “hot,” it buys UVXY (volatility spike fund). 2) If they look washed out, it buys TQQQ/SPXL (3x bull Nasdaq/S&P) for a rebound. 3) Otherwise it checks the 200‑day trend: above = “bull,” hold TQQQ+SOXL+DRN (3x tech/semis/real estate) when bonds (AGG/SHY) act strong; else DRV (3x real estate short). Below = “bear,” rotate among QQQ, PSQ/SQQQ (inverse Nasdaq), or QLD/BTAL using bond strength (TLT/IEF/BND) and damage tests. High risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~46.9% annualized return vs ~20% for the S&P, ~0.94 Sharpe, Calmar ~1.05. A rule-based, aggressive rotation aiming higher upside with risk controls—though drawdowns can be sizable.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
