About

A daily, rules-based, tech‑centric strategy: ride uptrends with QQQ, buy dips with leveraged bulls, fade extreme heat with UVXY, and in downtrends switch to inverse Nasdaq (sized by bond strength), with occasional defensive BTAL.
NutHow it works
RSI is a 0–100 “hot/cold” score from recent moves (>~80 = very hot, <~30 = washed‑out). A 200‑day moving average is a long‑term trend line. Daily rules: 1) If major indexes look “too hot,” buy UVXY (spikes when markets tumble). 2) If “washed‑out,” buy TQQQ or SPXL (leveraged bounce). 3) If the S&P 500 is in an uptrend, hold QQQ (big tech). 4) If in a downtrend, rotate among PSQ/SQQQ (inverse tech), sometimes QQQ/TQQQ or BTAL, guided by short/medium momentum and bond strength (TLT/IEF/AGG/BND vs SH).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy aims for tech-led upside with ~45% annualized return vs ~20% for the S&P, while delivering a Calmar ~1.9 and Sharpe ~1.07. Dynamic hedges and regime switching seek higher growth with controlled drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
