Every day it checks four things, in this order: 1) Are stocks “too hot” short term? If yes, buy UVXY (a volatility play) to fade a pullback. 2) Are they “washed out”? If yes, buy the bounce (TQQQ or SPXL). 3) Is the S&P 500 in a long-term uptrend? If yes, hold QQQ to ride it. 4) If not, switch to a bear playbook: mostly short Nasdaq (PSQ/SQQQ), sometimes quick longs (QQQ/TQQQ) or defensive BTAL, guided by bond strength.
