About

A daily, ~60%-allocated tactical system. Overheated markets → bet on volatility (UVXY/BTAL). Deeply oversold → buy 3× stock funds. Otherwise use a 200‑day trend: in bulls hold SPXL when vol cools; in bears rotate among SQQQ/PSQ/QQQ/TQQQ using bond-strength cues.

Uses ~60% of the portfolio. Daily it checks an RSI gauge (0–100 speed-of-moves). If broad markets look overheated (RSI>79 across SPY/IOO/TQQQ/VTV/XLF/VOX), it flips into UVXY (volatility) plus some BTAL. If deeply oversold (RSI<30), it buys 3× stock funds (TQQQ/UPRO). Else it follows trend: Above SPY’s 200‑day = Bull (SPXL if vol cools; else T‑Bills). Below = Bear (rotate among SQQQ/PSQ/QQQ/TQQQ via bond-vs-inverse strength).
