A defensive “bear block”: usually sits in T‑Bills. When the S&P 500 turns bearish, it tactically shorts the tech‑heavy Nasdaq‑100 using inverse/leveraged ETFs (high risk), occasionally flipping long for brief bounces. Rebalances daily.

Daily rules. If markets look overheated or washed‑out (RSI: a 0–100 “hot/cold” gauge of recent moves), park in BIL (T‑Bills). If SPY (S&P 500) is above its 200‑day trend, stay in BIL. If below, a bear engine mostly shorts the Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ) via PSQ (‑1x) or SQQQ (‑3x), and rarely goes long QQQ/TQQQ (+3x) on bounces. Bond ETFs (TLT, IEF) break ties. Two sleeves are blended, favoring the calmer one.
