This strategy checks whether major stock markets look too hot, too weak, or in a downtrend. If things look extreme, it hides in very short-term Treasury bills (BIL). Otherwise, in weaker market conditions, it makes short-term bets mainly on the Nasdaq using regular, leveraged, or inverse funds like QQQ, QLD, PSQ, and QID, while also using Treasury ETFs as warning signals.
