About

A defensive, daily‑rebalanced “bear block.” It stays in T‑Bills unless stocks are in a downtrend, then tactically shorts or briefly goes long the Nasdaq‑100 using leveraged/inverse ETFs, guided by RSI extremes, trend, and bond strength.
NutHow it works
RSI is a 0–100 heat gauge of buying vs selling (>79 very hot, <30 very cold). 1) If major indexes (SPY, QQQ, etc.) look too hot or too cold → park in BIL (T‑Bills). 2) Else, if SPY is above its 200‑day average (long‑term uptrend) → BIL; otherwise enter bear mode. 3) In bear mode, two parts tactically short the Nasdaq‑100 (PSQ/QID/SQQQ), sometimes ride rebounds (QQQ/QLD/TQQQ) or use BTAL, guided by TQQQ 20‑day trend, QQQ 10–60‑day moves, and bond strength (TLT/IEF vs PSQ). Rebalances daily. SPY=S&P 500.
