About

A daily, defensive module. It sits in T‑Bills most of the time, and only in downtrends switches into inverse/leveraged tech and S&P 500 ETFs—using short‑term momentum and trend checks—to hedge risk and occasionally attempt quick rebounds.
NutHow it works
Daily. RSI = a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent moves (>~80 too hot, <~30 washed‑out). If major indexes (SPY, QQQ, IOO, VTV, XLF) look too hot or washed‑out, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL). If not, it checks trend (SPY vs 200‑day): above = stay in BIL; below = turn on hedges using inverse/leveraged tech funds (PSQ/QID/SQQQ, TQQQ/QLD, sometimes QQQ or SPXU/BTAL) guided by short‑term momentum vs Treasury ETFs (TLT, IEF).
CheckmarkValue prop
Defensive, rules-based strategy that parks in cash and hedges to cap losses. In out-of-sample tests, drawdowns ≈16% vs ≈19% for the S&P 500, with steadier risk-adjusted results. Great for capital preservation with upside potential in downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
