Meta strategy: it runs many mini playbooks and allocates to the one that worked best lately. Inside each, it reads trend and speed-of-move gauges. If stocks are in healthy uptrends, it buys the strongest areas (often 3× tech/Nasdaq, semis, or top S&P names). If markets drop fast or get overheated, it shifts to safety (T‑bills/Treasuries, USD, gold) or hedges (short Nasdaq, volatility funds). It also reacts to interest‑rate trends and sometimes adds Bitcoin.
