About

Aggressive, daily strategy that rides big tech/semiconductor upswings with 3x ETFs, fades overheated markets with volatility (UVXY/VIXY), and flips to inverse or bond/commodity/currency plays when stress rises. Very high risk and turnover.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks simple signals: RSI (a short‑term “heat” meter—high=overheated, low=washed‑out), trends/moving averages, and recent bursts. If the S&P looks too hot, it buys volatility (UVXY/VIXY). If it’s washed‑out and bonds confirm, it buys 3x tech/semis (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL). If drops speed up, it flips to inverse 3x (SQQQ, SOXS) or rate bets (TMF up on falling yields; TMV up on rising yields). It can rotate to oil/commodities (UCO/DBC), the dollar (UUP), or T‑bills (BIL/SHY) to defend.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~68% annualized return vs S&P ~24%, Sharpe ~1.01, Calmar ~1.39. Daily, dynamic rotation capitalizes on tech rallies and uses fast hedges during stress—delivering bigger upside with disciplined risk vs a static S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
