Each day: 1) If QQQ (Nasdaq‑100) is down >8% over 5 days, put 70% into the worst‑hit 3× bull ETF from: TQQQ (Nasdaq‑100), SOXL (semis), URTY/TNA (small‑caps), FNGU (big tech). 2) Else put that 70% in the best 1.5–2× ETF tied to Nvidia (NVDL), Tesla (TSLR), or AMD (AMDL) over 5 days. 3) Always put 30% in the top two of MSTR (bitcoin proxy), COIN (Coinbase), BITX (Bitcoin ETF) by 3‑day return.
