About

A simple momentum switch: when tech leads, own the two strongest mega‑caps; otherwise hold SPY or a 5‑asset safety mix (US stocks, small value, Treasuries, gold). Decisions use 60‑day performance and positions are equal‑weighted.
NutHow it works
It compares recent 60‑day performance (how much things rose over ~3 months). If QQQ (Nasdaq‑100) beats both SPY (S&P 500) and VTI (total US stocks), buy the 2 best performers among AAPL, MSFT, AMZN, NVDA, GOOGL/GOOG, META, TSLA (50/50). If QQQ lags SPY, hold SPY if it beats VTI; otherwise split equally across VTI, VBR (small‑cap value), TLH (10–20y Treasuries), SHV (T‑bills), GLD (gold). Equal‑weighted, shifts as signals change.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime-switching momentum: when mega-cap tech leads, own the top two; else diversify into a balanced mix. Out-of-sample: 26.46% annualized vs SPY 23.29%, offering higher upside with a clearer risk profile.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
