This strategy is a collection of mini-systems that try to decide one thing each day: be aggressive or sit in safety. Most of the time it watches broad US stocks, tech stocks, bonds, and volatility gauges. If markets look calm or washed out after a drop, it may buy aggressive funds like UPRO, TQQQ, TECL, or SOXL. If markets look too hot, too shaky, or too risky, it moves into BIL, a very short-term Treasury fund that acts a lot like cash.
