If stocks look weak or a quick pop just happened, it buys dips (TQQQ/UPRO) or parks in a Safety Mix (UUP dollar, GLD gold, XLP staples). It decides with simple gauges: trend lines (moving averages), “hot/cold” scores (RSI), and size of recent drops/spikes. 20%: A tactical TQQQ sleeve that rides tech uptrends, buys oversold dips, and flips to Treasuries or hedges (EDV, TMF, SQQQ, UVXY) when overbought or in downtrends.
