Most of the time, this strategy simply owns Silicon Motion (SIMO), a chip-related company. But it checks two warning signs every day: if market fear has been running unusually hot, it switches to SPXU, which rises when the S&P 500 falls. Otherwise, if commodities have been surging, it switches to VIXY, which tends to rise when fear spikes. If neither warning appears, it stays in SIMO.
