About
Default: 50% NVIDIA (NVDA) and 50% Eli Lilly (LLY). If market fear spikes (VIXM runs hot), switch 100% to short the S&P 500 (SPXU). Else if the Nasdaq runs too hot (TQQQ), switch 100% to short the Nasdaq (SQQQ). Checked daily.
Daily, it checks two warning lights using a simple “speedometer” of recent price moves (RSI). If a volatility fund (VIXM) has surged over ~2 months, it moves 100% into a fund that rises when the S&P 500 falls (SPXU, 3x). Else if a 3x Nasdaq fund (TQQQ) has sprinted over ~2 weeks, it moves 100% into a fund that rises when the Nasdaq falls (SQQQ, 3x). Otherwise it holds 50% NVIDIA (NVDA) and 50% Eli Lilly (LLY). Rebalanced daily.
Out-of-sample edge: 64.4% annual return with 2.45 Calmar vs SPY; Sharpe 1.64 vs 1.37; 26% max drawdown vs 18.8% for SPY. Core NVDA/LLY with tactical hedges into inverse ETFs offers higher growth and stronger risk-adjusted performance than the S&P 500.
