This strategy checks the market every day and tries to sort conditions into 3 buckets: very hot, very weak, or normal. If stocks look strong, it buys aggressive funds that magnify moves in the S&P 500, technology, or semiconductors. If conditions look risky, it moves into safer holdings like short-term Treasury bills and long-term Treasury bonds. In weak markets, it may even buy funds that rise when the Nasdaq falls.
