A symphony is an automated trading strategy — Learn more about symphonies here

About

A daily, multi-layer strategy that screens a broad set of leveraged Nasdaq ETFs and other assets using momentum and strength signals, classifies markets (bull/normal/bear), then buys the best-looking assets with equal weights and rebalances daily. Aims for high upside in strong markets while embedding hedges against drawdowns.
NutHow it works
A daily, rule-based screen of a broad ETF universe (mostly leveraged Nasdaq and related market proxies). Each asset gets momentum and strength checks (moving-average momentum, RSI-like signals, price vs. SPY/QQQ), is ranked, and the top assets are placed into the portfolio with equal cash weighting. The system uses market-state groups (Bull, Normal, Bear) to apply different filters and hedges, with nested if-conditions ensuring only assets meeting multiple criteria are bought. Positions are rebalanced every day to maintain equal weights among selected assets.
CheckmarkValue prop
Momentum-driven Nasdaq ETF strategy with adaptive hedges and daily rebalancing. Out-of-sample ~20% annualized return, solid diversification and risk controls—built to outperform the S&P in up markets while moderating drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
