About

Daily tactical swing between cash, leveraged tech/semis, or inverse/defensive ETFs using a fear switch (VIXM), momentum checks (BND vs QQQ), a semiconductor heat gauge (SMH RSI), and an inflation trend (RINF).
NutHow it works
It’s a daily switch. RSI is a 0–100 “heat gauge” of recent moves (high=hot/overbought, low=cold/oversold). 1) If market fear (VIXM) is very hot, sit in T‑bills (SHV). 2) Otherwise, compare bond vs Nasdaq momentum (BND vs QQQ) and the semiconductor heat (SMH). When semis aren’t too hot, go long tech/semis (SOXL/XLK or TECL/TMV) using an inflation trend (RINF). If semis are extremely hot, short them (SOXS) or go to cash; if extremely cold, buy them (SOXL). Else hold a defensive mix (PSQ, TLT, SHV). Equal-weight; rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, risk-aware exposure to tech/semis with an inflation tilt and daily rebalancing. Out-of-sample annualized return ~20%, with risk controls during volatility—an active, nimble complement to the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
