Daily rules. A 0–100 "too hot/too cold" gauge (RSI) drives moves: - Too hot in QQQ/XLK/VOOG/SPY → jump to UVXY (a VIX spike fund) to hedge. - Too cold → buy dips with 3x tech/S&P (TECL/TQQQ/UPRO). - Otherwise flip between UVXY and long Treasuries (TMF), with BSV as a safety net.
