About

Aggressive, daily tactical sleeve: buy the dip with 3x tech/market funds, hedge with UVXY when markets look euphoric, and otherwise sit in 3x Treasuries. High risk/high turnover; can swing quickly between offense and defense.
NutHow it works
Daily it checks a 10–14 day “hot/cold” score (RSI, 0–100) on big tech/market indexes (QQQ, XLK, SPY, VOOG). If very hot, it shifts into UVXY—crash insurance that usually bleeds but jumps when stocks fall. If very cold (a dip), it buys the most beaten‑down 3x bull fund (TECL/TQQQ/UPRO). If nothing is extreme, it usually sits in TMF (3x Treasuries), sometimes UVXY if volatility is spiking.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy shows higher risk-adjusted gains (oos Sharpe ~1.49; Calmar ~3.08) and far higher upside (~94% vs SPY 22%), using crash hedges and tactical 3x longs/Treasuries. Expect larger drawdowns, but stronger growth.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
