It watches three dials: trend (are stocks in an uptrend?), heat (a 0–100 “hot/cold” score called RSI), and fear (VIX). If trend is up and fear is low, it buys aggressive 3x tech/semiconductor funds (like TQQQ/SOXL). If things get overheated or fear spikes, it moves to T‑Bills or flips to hedges/volatility. Side modules trade bonds, gold, EM, and bitcoin on their own signals. Rebalanced daily.
