Every day it checks two things: heat and trend. “Heat” (RSI) is a 0–100 speedometer: high = overheated, low = washed out. Trend uses long/short moving averages (e.g., 200‑day). • Calm/uptrend: ride strong tech/semis with 3x funds (TQQQ, SOXL, TECL). • Overheated or volatility spikes: park in T‑Bills, buy volatility (UVXY), or use inverse ETFs (SQQQ, SPXS, SOXS). • Special rules toggle EM, bonds (TMF/TMV), and gold (UGL/GLL).
